Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Hafiz — Quran Memorization Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Khaled Ahmed (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed with privacy as a core principle. All data you enter — including your review logs, tracked pages, notes, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework.
The Application does not:
- Collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Use analytics or crash-reporting services
- Transmit your review data or personal information to any server
- Track your location
- Create or require a user account
The only network activity the Application performs is communicating with Apple's servers to verify and process in-app purchases (via Apple StoreKit). This is handled entirely by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider does not share your data with any third parties. The sole external interaction is with Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit) when you choose to subscribe to Hafiz Premium. Apple processes the payment and subscription state; the Service Provider receives only a confirmation of your entitlement — no payment details are ever accessible to the Service Provider.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data storage by the Application by deleting it from your device. Deleting the Application removes all locally stored data permanently. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the App Store.
Data Retention Policy
All data is stored locally on your device and is retained for as long as the Application is installed. The Service Provider has no access to your data and therefore cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf. If you wish to remove your data, simply delete the Application. Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. As no personal data is collected by the Application, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's information through the app itself.

Security
Because all data is stored on your device and never transmitted to external servers, your review history and personal data are protected by your device's own security mechanisms (passcode, Face ID, etc.). The Service Provider does not store or process your data and therefore cannot be breached on its behalf.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
