By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree with these Terms, please cease using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

The App is offered for use by individuals who are residents of Canada, particularly within Ontario. By accessing the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account and User Content

• No Account Creation: Our App does not require you to create an account, nor does it offer account creation functionality.
• No User-Generated Content: The App does not allow users to upload or create any content (e.g., text, images). All content available in the App is provided solely by us.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

• In-App Purchases: We offer in-app purchases through the App. All transactions are processed by the relevant payment provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Subscription Plans: The App offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing and other terms associated with subscriptions. Detailed information regarding pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies will be provided during the subscription process.
• No Goods Sales: The App does not facilitate the sale of physical goods or products.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Exclusive Property: All content, including but not limited to the App's logo, visual design, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, are our exclusive property. You may not use, modify, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App ("Feedback"), you agree that such Feedback is non-confidential and becomes our exclusive property. We reserve the right to use, disclose, reproduce, or otherwise exploit the Feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

7. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes in connection with the App. Participation in any such promotion will be governed by the specific rules provided at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. All content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
